Audio/Visual Ministry

The purpose of the A/V Ministry is to provide technical expertise and support for all worship services, rehearsals and any other special events at the Henderson Highway Church.

 

It is our task as a team to work diligently to be fully prepared for any service provided by the Henderson Highway Church. Our goal is for the worship service to unfold so smoothly technically, with sound, computer and video presentations, that worship is enhanced and uninterrupted. It is our deep desire to be invisible as we focus all attention, honor and glory on the God we are worshiping and serving.

 

The different facets of production include:

 

  • Video camera operators
  • Sound technicians
  • Computer technicians and operators
  • Audio technicians (for audio recording and CD duplication)
  • Graphic artists and more

As we continue to minister, there is a constant need for volunteers in the area of Audio/Visual production. If you have an interest and the aptitude in this area of church life, please contact a member of our Audio Visual Team by the sound booth after Divine Service.

 

As you consider volunteering for the A/V Technical Team, you may want to ask yourself the following questions:

    • Am I willing to be trained?
    • Am I willing to attend practices?
    • Am I known for being on time?
    • Am I willing to accept direction?
    • Am I known for being a good team member?

Our Technical team works together to bless others by providing the skills and the attitudes of cooperation and helpfulness necessary to facilitate all services at Henderson Highway church.
